Meet Ashley

Thank you for wanting to get to know the person behind the therapist.

My story began on a military base in Southern Oklahoma. I was adopted at a young age, and I grew up hearing that I might never graduate college because I didn’t write the same way as other students. I still write the same way—and I proudly earned my degree. My teen and early adult years brought their share of challenges and trauma, experiences that have deeply shaped my empathy, resilience, and the way I connect with others.

Today, I wear many hats that I’m grateful for:
I’m a daughter to parents who stepped in when others stepped out. I’m a wife of over ten years to my best friend, learning daily that partnership is not always easy but always worth it. I’m a mother to an incredible little boy—the best surprise I’ve ever received—who has helped me discover new parts of myself. I’m a therapist honored to walk alongside people through their most vulnerable moments. I’m also a loud and proud OKC Thunder fan, cheering every game, and someone who loves discovering the beauty of the world.

I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2012, helping people navigate life’s difficulties and grow through them. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that we can all learn to be kinder to ourselves. I know that most of us were never taught how to handle our feelings, relationships, or struggles—yet we’re expected to know how. My role is to help you develop the tools, insights, and confidence to navigate life in a healthier way.

If you’re ready to begin a journey toward understanding yourself, healing old wounds, and building a life you love, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
